	Home Health Quality Improvement The Home Health Quality Improvement Organization seeks to unite the home care community under the shared vision of reducing avoidable hospitalizations to improve patient quality of life.
	HomeCare Elite For the sixth year in a row, the Visiting Nurse Association of Hudson Valley has been named to the 2011 HomeCare Elite, which places us among the top 25% of home health providers in the country.  This designation, given by Outcome Concept Systems, identifies Medicare-certified agencies whose performances measures in quality, improvement and financial performacen rank highest among providers nationwide.
	Home Care Association of New York State (HCANYS) HCA, New York State's premier home care association, represents more than 400 providers, individuals and associate members who collectively serve thousands of New Yorkers.   HCA offers members excellence in advocacy, leadership, programming and communications.
	National Association for Home Care & Hospice (NAHC) The National Association for Home Care & Hospice (NAHC) is the nation's largest trade association representing the interests and concerns of home care agencies, hospices, home care aide organizations, and medical equipment suppliers.
